Yes, you can enter through the Tibat border crossing (from UAE to Khasab/Musandam) with a visa on arrival if your nationality qualifies. The process is the same as at airports.

What documents do I need?

You need: (1) A passport valid for at least 6 months, (2) Return/onward ticket proof, (3) Hotel booking confirmation, (4) Sufficient funds. No advance application is needed.

Can Indian passport holders get visa on arrival?

Indian nationals with a valid US, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, or Japan visa/residence permit can get Oman visa on arrival. Otherwise, you need to apply for a tourist visa or 26B visa in advance.
