1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or WhatsApp confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is required before the tour date unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours before: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Weather-related cancellations by us will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
3. Safety and Responsibility
- Participants must follow all safety instructions from our guides.
- Swimming and water activities are at your own risk.
- We recommend travel insurance for all guests.
- Guests with medical conditions must inform us before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Cruise Ship Passengers
- We guarantee return to the ship on time for standard excursions.
- In case of unforeseen delays, we will coordinate with the port and ship.
- Please provide accurate ship departure times and berth information.
- Guests are responsible for monitoring their own return timing.
5. Liability
Jazar Musandam Tours & Travels is not liable for:
- Personal injury or loss of property during tours
- Flight or cruise delays affecting tour participation
- Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, political situations)
- Actions of third-party service providers
6. Photography and Media
We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image. Please inform us before the tour if you prefer not to be photographed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat, Oman.
