You can book directly via WhatsApp, through our website booking form, or by calling us. We confirm all bookings instantly.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No upfront payment is required. You can pay in cash or card when you meet our team at the departure point.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 12-24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows receive no refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD, AED, OMR), major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, you can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your tour. Rescheduling within 12-24 hours may incur a small fee.
Is there a group discount?
Yes! Groups of 6+ receive a 10% discount. Groups of 10+ receive 15% off. Contact us for bulk bookings.
Do you offer private tours?

What should I bring on a dhow cruise?
Bring sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a towel, and a waterproof camera. We provide snorkeling equipment, food, and drinks.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes! Our dhow cruises and mountain safaris are family-friendly. Children under 5 are free on most tours. Life jackets provided for all.
Do you provide pickup from hotels?
Yes, we offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from all hotels in Khasab and the port area as part of most tour packages.
What if I get seasick?
The fjord waters are generally calm and protected. If prone to seasickness, take medication 30 minutes before boarding. We have ginger and dramamine available.
What is included in the tour price?
Our packages include boat/transportation, snorkeling equipment, meals (breakfast/lunch), drinks, and all entrance fees. Guide services included.
How long are the tours?
Most dhow cruises are 6-8 hours. Mountain safaris are 4-5 hours. Full-day combined tours are 8-10 hours.
What is the physical difficulty level?
Dhow cruises are easy. Mountain safaris are moderate - some walking on uneven terrain. Not recommended for mobility issues.
Can I bring my own snorkeling gear?
Yes, absolutely! Though we provide quality masks, fins, and snorkels. Just let us know in advance.

Do you guarantee return to the ship?
Yes! We 100% guarantee you will return to Khasab Port 30 minutes before your ship departs. We monitor all ship schedules in real-time.
Where do we meet for shore excursions?
We meet you at Khasab Cruise Terminal Gate. Our team will be holding a sign with "Jazar Musandam" in English and Arabic.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days before your ship arrives. During peak season (Oct-Apr), book 5-7 days in advance for guaranteed availability.
What if my ship arrives late?
We monitor all ship arrival data and adjust tour timings accordingly. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your delay information.
Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?
Yes! We often have availability for same-day bookings, especially for morning tours. Message us on WhatsApp for immediate confirmation.
Do you take cruise ship passengers directly to the ship?
Yes, all our tours end back at the cruise terminal gate where your ship is docked.

Travel to Khasab

Do I need a visa for Oman?
Most nationalities require a visa. Many countries can obtain a visa on arrival (50 OMR) at the border. Check Oman embassy for your citizenship.
How do I get from Dubai to Khasab?
The drive is 2.5-3 hours via the Al Dhara border crossing. We offer private transfers with border assistance and guidance through entry procedures.
Is it safe to drive to Khasab?
Yes, absolutely. Roads are excellent and well-maintained. You need proper documentation and must cross the border - we can assist with this.
What documents do I need at the border?
Valid passport and visa (if required). If renting a car, bring vehicle registration and international driving permit. Travel insurance recommended.
Can I rent a car to drive myself?
Yes, car rentals available in Dubai and Musandam. However, we recommend our transfer service - drivers are local and know all shortcuts.
Is there direct public transport to Khasab?
Limited public transport available. Microbuses run from Fujairah to Khasab (4+ hours) a few times daily. Private transfers more convenient.

Year-round: 22-26°C. Comfortable for swimming. Wetsuits optional but recommended for extended water time.
Will the boat rock a lot?
Fjord waters are naturally protected and calm. Minimal rocking. Much calmer than open ocean. Seasickness rare.
Is there shade on the boats?
Yes, traditional dhows have canvas shade. Modern boats have shade areas. But sunscreen still essential.
